Azores® Eyewear, Inc. offers a comprehensive warranty to its consumers, plus a satisfaction guarantee, because we want to assure our customers of our commitment to the highest quality and integrity in our sunglasses.

There are four parts to our warranty policy:
 
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return or exchange it for any other Azores sunglasses, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of shipment. The returned purchase items must be in their original packaging and undamaged. Azores reserves the right to determine if there are any damages, and upon finding damages, may charge an additional nominal fee for the exchange or refund. The consumer is responsible for shipping the sunglasses back to Azores Eyewear for on-line orders or returning them to the dealer or store where they were purchased. You must include the purchase receipt / packing slip with your return. A full refund will be applied to your original purchase credit card for the price of the product(s) returned in good condition. For cash purchases, stores and vendors reserve the right to refund you with a check or cash.
 
Lifetime Warranty: Azores Eyewear warrants to the consumer that it will replace or repair any Azores product that is defective in any way and will incur all costs to ship the replaced/repaired sunglasses to you. This warranty does not apply to products that have been lost, altered, broken or damaged by misuse.  We reserve the right to either replace any pieces and/or parts that are defective, or we will replace the sunglasses completely, at the discretion of Azores Eyewear.
 
One-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty: Azores Eyewear warrants to the consumer that it will replace or repair any Azores product that is defective in materials or workmanship at no cost within the first year from the date of purchase. Azores Eyewear will ship the repaired or replaced sunglasses and return the processing fee to you, if Azores Eyewear determines the defects were from the manufacturer. Selection of a different model may not be possible for manufacturer’s warranty, thus substitutions of another model for a currently available model is prohibited. This warranty is only available to U.S. residents.

Two-Year International Warranty: Similar to the Lifetime Warranty: Azores Eyewear warrants to the international consumer that it will replace or repair any Azores product that is defective in any way. Azores Eyewear will only charge the international consumer the appropriate shipping costs, plus the warranty claim processing fee. This warranty does not apply to products that have been lost, altered, broken or damaged by misuse.  We reserve the right to either replace any pieces and/or parts that are defective, or we will replace the sunglasses completely, at the discretion of Azores Eyewear.
 
Conditions for Warranty Claims:
 
Sunglasses must be returned to Azores Eyewear, Inc. with a completed Lifetime Warranty Claim Form showing your selection of the replacement sunglasses (substitutions can be made, as described below), Proof of Purchase (Store Receipt or Packing Slip), and a check or money order payable to Azores Eyewear for US$18.50 to cover the costs of processing the warranty claim.

We recommend using some traceable shipping method, such as UPS or Fed Ex, as Azores Eyewear is not responsible for claims that are not delivered or lost.
 
Discontinued Models or Preference Changes: In the event that your sunglasses are no longer available or are discontinued, Azores Eyewear requests that you check your local store or online at www.Azores-Eyewear.com to determine which sunglasses you wish to own. If you choose to change your selection during a warranty claim, due to discontinuation or personal preferences, Azores will honor your new selection. If you choose a higher priced model, we ask that you simply pay the difference in price between the two models, and add that amount to the $18.50 processing cost.
 
International Claimants: International claimants must pay an additional fee for shipping. To determine that fee, they may either add the shipping costs incurred on their original order, as listed on their packing slip, or contact our Warranty Claims department by sending us a message and request an updated shipping cost for your location.
 
Azores Eyewear will ship your replaced / repaired products as early as possible, but please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.  This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser of the Azores sunglasses, the end consumer.  This warranty does not cover any altered sunglasses, which would include prescription lenses.  Thus, Azores Eyewear is not responsible for repairing or fitting your prescription lenses if received in connection with a warranty claim, although we will attempt to retain and return your prescription lenses.  We will not be responsible for their loss.
 
Limitation of Warranty:  Damages covered in this warranty are limited to the reparations or replacements with the same or equivalent model for the damaged product, at the discretion of Azores Eyewear.  Azores Eyewear is not liable for any other damages, including special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from or occurring while using our products.  We take every measure to ensure the safety and quality of each product.
